SUMMARY:Coherent X-ray Imaging Data Analysis Using PyNX
DESCRIPTION:Vincent FAVRE-NICOLIN (ESRF, Univ. Grenoble Alpes)\n\n4th gene
ration synchrotron sources provide two orders of magnitude more coherent p
hotons, and thus the ability to collect coherent X-ray imaging datasets fa
ster and/or with a higher resolution. Consequently, the increased volume o
f data requires dedicated tools to fully take advantage of the improved co
herent flux. PyNX [https://pynx.esrf.fr] is developed at ESRF - it has b
een written from the ground up to provide state-of-the-art performance usi
ng optimised GPU programming, both in terms of speed and memory requiremen
ts (to handle larger datasets). It is used on multiple beamlines notably a
t ESRF, Soleil, Petra-III, TPS, with scripts for data analysis easily expa
ndable for new instruments (only the data input functions need to be updat
ed). Input/output using the standard CXI format is also supported.\n\nDoma
