Information for Presenters

We would like to inform submitters that PASC25 will be held as an in-person event at the FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, in Brugg-Windisch (approx. 30 min. train ride from Zurich), Switzerland.

Conference contributors whose submissions are accepted for presentation at the conference, should thus plan to travel to Brugg and present their work on-site.

Paper and Minisymposia presenters should be prepared to present their work between 9:00 and 18:30 in the Central European Summer Time Zone depending on the timeslot that will be assigned to them. The organizing committee will make an effort to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee to be able to assign the ideal timeslot to each contribution on the program.
